10+ years commercial mortgage origination/underwriting experience, knowledge of Eastern U.S. real estate markets, underwriting and loan structuring skills, proficiency with Argus and Excel, strong analytical and relationship-building skills; CCIM/CFA a plus; Bachelor's/Master's preferred.
