Master's degree in social work/psychology/related field, state independent clinical licensure, substance abuse certification (ADC II or state equivalent), ≥2 years post-licensure clinical experience including SUD treatment, ≥2 years clinical supervision experience, ability to obtain tier III credential and favorable security adjudication.
