Divisional Coordinator - Corporate Quality

Note: The compensation range noted above represents the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range.

RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO THE CHIEF QUALITY OFFICER AS WELL AS MEMBERS OF THE QUALITY TEAM. COORDINATE MEETINGS AND WORK INDEPENDENTLY TO HANDLE A WIDE RANGE OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND EXECUTIVE SUPPORT RELATED TASKS WITH LITTLE OR NO SUPERVISION. THIS POSITION REQUIRES EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE, ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, DETAIL ORIENTED AND DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO ANALYZE AND INITIATE EFFECTIVE RESOLUTION OF ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE WITH THE CQO'S BUSY SCHEDULE AND RAPIDLY CHANGING PRIORITIES.
