As a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst you’ll be responsible for serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into well-defined requirements and scalable Dynamics 365 solutions. In this role, you’ll focus on optimizing business processes, improving data quality, and ensuring Dynamics 365 is configured to support organizational goals.Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 configurations, feature, and acceptance criteria.
Analyze and map current-state and future-state business processes.
Configure and support Dynamics 365
Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and system administrators to deliver solutions.
Support testing efforts, including UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
Create functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard requirements.
Provide ongoing system support, enhancements, and optimization recommendations.
Ensure solutions align with platform best practices, security, and data governance standards.
What you'll need:
- 1+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Entry level to intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Visio) and experience with process flow documentation, design and implementation.
- Entry level to intermediate experience presenting findings from large datasets in a clear, actionable way.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
