E-Commerce Content Marketing Coordinator

The E-Commerce Content Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the onsite experience for NCSA sites, the App, and Loyalty Program including content, platform, marketing strategy, personalization, and SEO.

The E-Commerce Content Marketing Coordinator will utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to assist with content refreshes on all sites, on the App, and Loyalty Program. The E-Commerce Content Coordinator effectively works cross functionally with the Platform, Marketing, Personalization, SEO, and IT teams abroad.

 

What you can expect:

Responsibilities:

 Site Content:

  • Assist the Site Content Manager with all onsite content execution using AEM for weekly site refreshes on HB.com (US,CA,MX), the App and Loyalty Program and work closely with the Marketing team to help bring the brand vision to life
  • Work on updates for the homepage, hub pages, content tiles, and feature shops to help improve the customer journey
  • Remain up to date on all new business trends by sending weekly competitive recap analysis and suggest changes based on what we think others are doing best in class
  • Work closely with Personalization, SEO and Accessibility teams abroad to make sure the NCSA sites are optimized
  • Proactively review all quality assurance tasks, for the site’s overall accuracy and consistency

 

Reporting

  • Work closely with our Global Marketing team on Google and Meta Ad campaigns

System & Technology Requirements:

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
  • Experience using Google Analytics/Content Square
  • Experience using Dynamic Yield or another personalization tool
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop

Qualifications:

  • Studying and/or interest in eCommerce Merchandising or Content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Must be highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness & passion for continuous improvement and learning in all areas of the business
  • Must work well independently, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable and organized
  • Must be a dynamic team player, problem solver and have effective time management skills
