For specific questions, please contact your HR Business Partner.The Early Career Talent (ECT) Recruiter I plays a key role in attracting, selecting, and hiring intern and early career talent for DTNA. This position provides direct recruitment support as well as administrative and operational assistance to the ECT team. The Recruiter I serves as a primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders, helping to ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.

We Take Care of Our Team
Position offers a starting salary range of $58,000 - $75,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience. Benefits include annual bonus program; 401k company contribution with company match up to 6% as well as non-elective company contribution of 3 - 7% depending on age; starting at 4 weeks paid vacation; 13+ calendar holidays; 8 weeks paid parental leave; employee assistance program; comprehensive healthcare plans and wellness programs; onsite fitness (at some locations); tuition assistance and volunteer paid time off; short-term and long-term disability plans.
What You Drive at DTNA
Early Career Recruitment:
Post open positions, review and screen candidates, manage communication with hiring managers, extend offers, initiate and track pre‑employment processes, and coordinate start dates.
May assist in full‑cycle recruitment for select roles if needed.
Candidate Experience Management:
May assist in full‑cycle recruitment for select roles if needed.
Stakeholder Relationship Building:
May assist in full‑cycle recruitment for select roles if needed.
Program and Event Coordination:
May assist in full‑cycle recruitment for select roles if needed.
Administrative Support:
Facilitate required data changes, support HR‑related processing for interns, and ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks.
Manage the DTNA intern inbox, ensuring timely response to all inquiries.
University & Recruiting Event Support:
Manage the DTNA intern inbox, ensuring timely response to all inquiries.
Continuous Improvement:
Manage the DTNA intern inbox, ensuring timely response to all inquiries.
Knowledge you should bring:
BA/BS required.
Strong ability to learn new systems quickly
Passionate about making a difference in the candidate and manager experience
Excellent MS office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, be flexible and complete tasks within a specified timeline required
High attention to detail and accuracy required
Continuous improvement (CI) mindset
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work required
Exceptional candidates might have:
