- Implement engaging lesson plans tailored to early childhood education standards based on Goddard's proprietary Wonder of Learning curriculum.
- Manage classroom activities to foster a positive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support to children, addressing their unique developmental needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classroom and outdoor activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but NOT required - we can train you!
- Strong classroom management and childcare skills helpful
- Experience working with children
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and childhood development principles preferred.
