About this role

Utilizing the Elevated Resources platform, ELEVATE, and all available tools to facilitate the successful end-to-end fulfillment of temporary staffing requirements for assigned accounts within targeted SLAs. Support includes, but is not limited to assisting, as needed, in opening requirements, resume screening agency candidates for fit, interview coordination, ensuring manager dispositioning of candidates and all administrative duties associated with resource placement including as applicable creating, delivering, collecting and validating assignment documentation, time and expense collection administration, and off-boarding activities.
Identifying and recruiting candidates for RPO services across applicable clienta
Maintaining and updating electronic records to include changes or status updates, accurate compliance fields and validates entries to ensure accuracy
Providing guidance and training on process and platform to account constituents including client hiring managers, resources and supplier partners
Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation on client and resource interactions.
Responding to and documenting inbound calls and emails in a timely manner and according to SLA s utilizing available systems, policies, processes and guidelines.
Providing issue resolution of Tier1 and Tier 2 issues and escalating appropriately, any Tier 3 or above issues, to Manager or SVP of Client Success via the case management system including all relevant information on the issue/scenario requiring advanced solutions
Provides account reporting and status updates as required
Makes recommendations to improve processes and delivery efficiencies where applicable
Maintains and continually increases knowledge of supported software solutions
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
