About this role
High school diploma or GED (60 semester hours or 2 yrs customer service may substitute). Minimum 2 years experience as an Eligibility Advisor required (3 preferred). Supervisory experience preferred; MS Word/Excel/Outlook and TIERS/EWMS experience preferred; ability to travel up to 40%; must pass fingerprint background check.
