CONTIGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
Location: NCR (National Capital Region)
Clearance: Public Trust
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for providing evaluation, consultation, guidance, or direction in a specialized area(s) of expertise
- Consult with project team, customers, and government officials regarding process, content and/or deliverables as required
- Contribute content, identify best practices, and knowledge of subject matter, translate subject matter terminology as appropriate
- Provide recommendations verbally and in writing
- Under general supervision, functions in an oversight capacity for research projects, educational activities, evaluations of staff performance, and liaison activities with government agency and other partner organizations
- Operates with substantial latitude for un-reviewed action or decisions. Review progress with management
Experience
- A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in a related discipline
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or additional years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Good written and oral communication skills
