Position Summary

The Engineering R&D Validation team is seeking a motivated Engineering Intern to support active research, development, and validation activities. The intern will work directly alongside test engineers and technicians, gaining hands‑on experience in test setup, execution, data collection, and reporting. This role provides meaningful exposure to engineering fundamentals, laboratory test methods, instrumentation, mechanical and electrical systems, and the full lifecycle of design validation activities. This internship is ideal for students who enjoy practical, hands‑on engineering work and want to build strong technical and problem‑solving skills early in their careers.

What You Will Learn / Gain

Upon completion of this internship, the student will gain:

  • Experience supporting tests for mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems

Education Requirements

  • Currently Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; open to undergraduate students in their 1st through 4th year of study.

Internship Program Criteria

  • Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college/university
  • Minimum 2.5 or above GPA preferred
  • Must be able to complete internship from May–August 2026.
  • Must be able to complete 40 hours per week
  • Willingness to learn from others on the job
  • Must be currently residing within the continental U.S.
