Admissions/Marketing Coordinator

The Enrollment + Social Media Coordinator is the first point of contact for prospective Future Professionals who are interested in enrolling in a Paul Mitchell School. He or she is responsible for establishing initial contact, building rapport, and conducting a qualifying pre-assessment of each prospective Future Professionals in scheduling and preparing for their school tour and career planning session, while providing them with answers to their questions regarding Paul Mitchell Schools education, the enrollment process, and opportunities for our graduates available in the beauty industry. The Enrollment + Social Media Coordinator works to drive leads into the school through social media, events, and community relations!

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced sales and advising position within the school. In addition to strong sales skills, this person should possess attention to detail and strong organizational skills. This person must demonstrate integrity, ethical behavior, and a high level of confidentiality. The position requires the ability to focus on a variety of tasks. He or she must maintain an organized and effective office and be able to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing, social media, event planning, and/or community relation-building background and the ability to manage goal-driven daily tasks efficiently, professionally, and with integrity.


Skills/Competencies Required:

  • Computer and data entry skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid work history with verifiable references
  • Honesty and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to gather create, curate, and edit content (pictures and/or videos) for social media platforms.
  • Demonstrate skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members.
  • Computer literacy skills including working knowledge of programs like Microsoft Office, Hootsuite, Adobe Premiere, and/or Canva are preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are a must.
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
  • Knowledge and a love of the beauty industry a plus
  • Degree or broad experience in Sales, Marketing or Business, but not required.
