What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Enterprise Systems Business Analyst Intern. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting business operations and technology initiatives within a global organization. This internship is designed for undergraduate students who are interested in business analytics, enterprise systems, and data-driven decision making. You’ll work closely with experienced business analysts, technical teams, and business users while learning how enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and analytics tools support real-world business processes.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Participate in training and hands-on learning with Power BI, Power Automate, and
Power Apps to support reporting, automation, and business solutions
- Learn how Azure services such as Data Lakes, Data Factory, and Synapse are used to store, move, and analyze enterprise data.
- Assist with gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and functional requirements by working with business partners and IT teams.
- Help create process maps, data flow diagrams, and basic solution designs to improve efficiency and system performance.
- Serve as a support contact for U.S.-based users after international team hours, helping troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, analytics, and technology solutions.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, insights, and project updates to team members and leadership.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in business analytics, enterprise systems, and technology
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment
- Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or data visualization tools
- Exposure to cloud computing concepts (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Understanding of business processes or workflow analysis
- Prior coursework, projects, or internships related to analytics or IT
