Why this role matters

As a Business Analyst at Ivanti, you'll analyze complex datasets to inform key business initiatives, uncover customer behavior patterns, and support GTM operations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, using data to solve real-world problems, influence outcomes, and help Ivanti scale globally. Your work will drive clarity and direction in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and understand Ivanti’s business model, product portfolio, and go-to-market strategy in a dynamic, global technology environment
• Analyze product, and GTM funnel data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Streamline and automate recurring Excel reports and data processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Present analysis and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Gather and validate requirements from business stakeholders and contribute to ongoing improvement of analytic workflows
• Build and maintain intuitive dashboards to visualize KPIs and business performance
• Compile and quality check data from different sources, ensuring reports are accurate and actionable
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of analytics processes and best practices

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Economics or a related field
• Coursework or hands-on experience (internships, projects, etc.) in data analysis, SQL, and Excel; exposure to dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is helpful
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to craft compelling presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
• Logical, detail-oriented, and excited to solve business problems with data
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; able to break down complex data sets and share clear, actionable insights
