Job Description:Summary
This ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Main responsibilities include licensing, onboarding and administration of HR Information system. This is the first point of contact with both new hires and existing team members.
Job Duties
- Manage onboarding and licensing processes with the Kansas State Gaming Commission
- Support new hires through the full onboarding process, ensuring all required paperwork and steps are completed
- Provide day-to-day HR support to team members via phone, email, and walk-in requests
- Serve as a liaison for team members, assisting with forms and maintaining strict confidentiality
- Deliver a high level of internal customer service by answering HR-related questions and providing guidance
- Assist with property-specific orientation to create a positive and welcoming new hire experience
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned
- Other duties as requested.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One (1) year of human resources experience preferred.
- Must be a self starter and can multitask in a fast pace environment.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications.
- Workday experience is a plus.
- Must be able to obtain licenses as required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
