Job Overview
Be part of our Farmers Prime and President's Council District in Northern California. We are the #1 District in the Western Territory and we provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets. If you are motivated, ambitious and outgoing, then we want you! We have Full-time and Part-time opportunities available. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!
*W-2 position with a base salary + commission + bonus opportunities
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record in retail or outside sales environments.
- Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating empathy and responsiveness to client needs.
- Proficient in analyzing market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Farmers clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities for sales.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and attending community events to promote services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the sales administration system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
