Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant EOHS experience in the private and/or public sector
- 3+ years supporting EOHS risk management, incident management, compliance adherence, auditing, assessment, corrective action, or workflow improvement in a global corporate environment
- Advanced computer skills and technical aptitude, including solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related enterprise tools
- Subject matter expertise in one or more EOHS risk or incident management areas, including risk assessment, incident reporting, investigation support, root cause analysis, CAP management, regulatory compliance, OSHA programs, environmental compliance, or healthcare-related safety risks
Experience using data, dashboards, reports, or enterprise systems to evaluate risk trends, incident patterns, corrective action status, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
- EOHS certification, such as M.S., CSP, CIH, CHMM, ASP, or equivalent
- EOHS experience in health care settings and/or experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other recognized management system frameworks
- Experience with risk management, incident management, compliance, regulatory technology, Origami, or similar enterprise risk, incident, audit, assessment, or corrective action management systems
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, communicate with clarity, influence without authority, and lead effectively through ambiguity, change, risk, and uncertainty

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
