  • Apply Epic Grand Central expertise to ensure accurate, secure, and timely movement of patient information across integrated systems, departments, and downstream applications while maintaining the integrity of ADT events, bed assignments, transport workflows, and patient census information.
  • Promote system security by adhering to State of Ohio and agency cybersecurity policies, security standards, and best practices while maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and appropriate access controls for patient placement and census information.
  • Ensure Epic Grand Central and assigned application configurations comply with applicable security, privacy, confidentiality, and access-control requirements governing behavioral health and sensitive-population patient information.
  • Complete required security awareness training and promptly report suspected security incidents or vulnerabilities in accordance with agency procedures.
