ES Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.
• Attend job fairs, career events, and networking functions to attract top talent.
• Source candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screening, and employment eligibility verifications.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure a positive start.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with internal policies, labor laws, and gaming regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience recruiting in a unionized or regulated industry.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered. 
• Must be able to clear pre-employment drug screening.
• Clear fingerprinting/background check.
