Events Marketing Manager

Represent an exceptional lineup of world‑class spirits, wine and beer — build relationships, grow market share, and elevate your sales career with Reyes Beverage Group. The territory will include the entire Colorado market. Number of Openings: 1 Posting Dates: July 30, 2026 - August 13, 2026 Compensation: This role is salary based plus bonus and also receives monthly reimbursement for using their vehicle. Position Responsibilities: Organize, manage, and communicate the supplier marketing event calendar to all key stakeholders. Collaborate with supplier leadership & agencies to ensure clear expectations and requirements for each event. Facilitate seamless execution by partnering with RBG teams, venue managers, and event organizers. Attend and oversee key marketing events across the California marketplace to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives. Build and maintain relationships with key venue leaders, event managers, cultural influencers, and community stakeholders to maximize brand presence. Gather insights from event execution and propose creative improvements for future activations. Ensure proper chargeback and reconciliation of designated events within Tito’s budget. Other projects or duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience:  Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience. Ability to life, push and pull up to 50lbs regularly as part of event setup, teardown, and product transportation. Ability to travel up to 25%.
