About the Role
Executive Assistant Business Partners (EABPs) partner with Uber's leadership to provide sophisticated administrative and operational support while contributing to projects that help drive business priorities and strengthen team collaboration and morale.
We're looking for an EABP III to support multiple leaders on the Global Autonomous Mobility & Delivery team. What You'll Do
- Provide high-level and proactive administrative partnerships to the AMD team and manage 3 complex calendars using Google Calendar including vetting, prioritizing, and providing recommendations
- Help ensure leaders are properly prepared and on time for all meetings
- Assist with the scheduling of multiple stakeholder meetings
- Navigate the intricacies of supporting leaders remotely and a complex conference room landscape.
- Assist with event planning and meeting management for team meetings, all-hands meetings, summits, and leadership meetings
- Make domestic and international travel arrangements and process travel expense reports based on directions from the traveller
- Follow up and provide reminders on project deadlines, AIs, and deliverables
- Assist with the admin program for the org by helping with alignment, coverage, morale, training and development, and hiring
- Preview and provide feedback regarding team expense reports, and assist with managing the leader’s or team’s morale budget
- May assist with facility/space planning logistics
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Google calendar
- Minimum 4+ years supporting a VP-level leader (any size business) or Director-level leader in a global business
- Tech company experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize leaders’ calendar with ability to make judgment calls and decisions based on rapidly shifting priorities
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, often changing environment with efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to take initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks and situations with little oversight
- Strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Experience coordinating projects
- Experience with budget management
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Experience working in a complex, matrixed, and global environment, including supporting multiple leaders and complex teams across time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
For New York, NY-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$59.62 per hour - USD$66.35 per hour.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$59.62 per hour - USD$66.35 per hour.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
