SUMMARY: This position provides confidential administrative assistance to a department and Executive Director(s).
Highline Public Schools Human ResourcesDepartment is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the important work of the department and the senior leadership team. This position is the backbone of an efficient department, supporting clarity in communications, exercising discernment around discrete matters and ensuring every Highline stakeholder has access to the right folks on our team. The ideal candidate has experience in providing executive support in a fast-paced environment and understands the intimate nature of doing so with precision. They are adaptive, resourceful and center the dignity of all those they work with. This candidate is someone who can create and manage systems of organization for a variety of purposes (i.e. budget management, ordering materials, scheduling, management, time reporting, etc.) and also has experience planning and executing projects while also anticipating and mitigating barriers.
