Influential is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Brand Partnerships to help drive growth and become a champion of our product and offerings. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with a formidable track record of driving revenue and championing market-leading products. Leveraging extensive Fortune 500 client and agency relationships, you will serve as a respected industry authority and a transformative force within our sales organization. We are looking for a visionary closer who is trusted by partners and dedicated to delivering high-impact results. 

  • Drive the sales cycle: effectively conduct needs analysis, succinctly communicate Influential’s vision in the market, and proactively negotiate deals to close.

  • Aggressively drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business, while cultivating robust connections with prospective clients and agency partners.
  • Collect insights into a client’s organizational structure, online and offline marketing strategy, and ideal demographic.

  • Participate in weekly meetings, sales, and product trainings

  • Identify market opportunities, process improvements, and facilitate market feedback

  • Closely track internal KPIs, be mindful of team objectives and key results, and follow best practices for automated performance reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven track record of successfully motivating, leading, and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • 12+ years of sales experience working for, or having sold digital brand content and social influencer marketing campaigns
  • Strong client/industry relationships in the west coast market
  • You have previously engaged with leaders at agencies and Fortune 500 companies
  • Proven record of exceeding quarterly objectives and attention to key metrics
  • Experience with Salesforce and other productivity related SaaS products
  • Selling experience in the social/media space preferred

Compensation Range: USD $ - . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
