Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Supply Chain Compliance Analyst – Self Governance and Compliance to join our team in Dallas, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support Boeing Global Services Supply Chain Government’s compliance team in strengthening supply chain compliance processes and training across operations.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support compliance procedures, training curriculum development, and process adherence.

  • Assist in monitoring internal compliance activities, identifying risks, and helping drive corrective actions.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance programs, processes, documentation, and employee learning initiatives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies, procedures, and training materials are practical, current, and aligned with Boeing standards.

  • Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in project management and/or cross-functional integration

  • Experience with training, communications, and/or learning and development

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes

  • Strong communication skills, Strong problem solving skills, and Strong drive for process improvement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to coach and support supply chain employees effectively

  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory or contractual requirements

  • Direct experience with Boeing and/or Boeing Global Services supply chain operations

  • Experience developing or delivering compliance training

  • Familiarity with supplier management, audits, assessments, risk identification, and corrective action management

  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement, change management, and documentation control

  • Experience using Boeing systems, tools, or internal process frameworks

  • Knowledge of BGS Supply Chain command media, policies, procedures and work instructions
