• Pay for Journeyman technicians:
  • $45.65 per booked hour

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostics: Diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Efficient Execution: Perform high-quality repair work efficiently and within dealership and manufacturer standards.
• System Testing: Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic tools to ensure fix-it-right-first-time quality.
• Clear Communication: Work directly with Service Advisors to provide accurate repair recommendations and time estimates.
• Warranty Repairs: Execute precise warranty work strictly to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience (Journeyman level preferred).
• Skillset: Strong diagnostic capabilities, electrical troubleshooting, and heavy engine repair skills.
• Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ASE certifications are a strong plus.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to operate electronic diagnostic tools; CDK dealership software experience is a plus.
• Core Values: High school diploma or equivalent, team-first attitude, and a focus on safety and efficiency.
