Boeing Global Services (BGS) is hiring a Program Manager in Berkeley, MO, to advance sustainment integration across the F‑15 platform.

In this high‑impact role you will collaborate with the platform executive integrator and lead F‑15 sustainment teams to optimize integrated strategies in reducing risk in execution and providing integrated platform solutions for our customer. Key responsibilities include leading communities of practice, developing platform‑level strategies, and managing business plans and multi‑program projects. Positioned to enhance enterprise execution, the role builds strong cross‑functional relationships, directs risk and opportunity planning, and ensures coordinated delivery of platform initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead platform governance and coordination: convene stakeholders (e.g., biannual summit) and maintain collaboration forums and clear communications.
  • Define and align F-15 sustainment platform strategy, business plans, and roadmaps across multiple F-15 programs.
  • Project-manage cross-program initiatives, coordinating scope, schedule, stakeholders, and deliverables
  • Enable cross-organizational execution across F-15 sustainment teams and with BDS to optimize efficiency and streamline handoffs
  • Monitor and analyze platform risks and opportunities with an integrated perspective tied to program execution and platform strategy.
  • Provide program-level reporting and visibility to senior leadership on status, dependencies, risks, and impacts
  • Align resource planning for F-15 sustainment programs with HR and create functional stakeholder forums to resolve resource issues and assess risks.
  • Promote communities of practice to capture lessons learned, standardize processes, and share best practices

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ program or project management experience and cross-functional leadership
  • 3+ years leading multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of proven written and verbal communication skills, including collaboration and leadership through influence
  • Experience developing, integrating, and managing business plans, strategies, and processes to achieve business objectives
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience creating business plans, platform strategies, or roadmaps with defined timelines, milestone dates, assigned owners, and measurable success criteria
  • Proven ability to simplify complex issues, communicate succinctly, and collaborate effectively
  • Experience managing multiple complex issues across multiple aircraft
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to data-driven decision making
  • Experience integrating and communicating across all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
