Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure all facility maintenance is completed in a timely manner including work on boilers, air compressors, building signage, HVAC, garage doors, etc. 
• Ensure lawn care and landscaping at all locations are pristine and meet company standards 
• Monitor lawn care irrigation systems at all locations 
• Coordinate snow removal during ice and snow events 
• Maintain excellent relationships with sub contractors in all states in which we operate  
• Maintain contracts with vendors and sub contractors 
• Approve, track, monitor, and manage all facilities expenditures  
• Operate with Development Department on capital expenditure projects 
• Ensure all safety equipment, first aid equipment, and emergency lighting is in place at all locations  
• Work closely with Claims Department on facility damage incidents 
• Ensure all work orders, analytics, expenditures, projects, and plans are organized at all times 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Background in project management, property management, or maintenance preferred 
• Able to work independently and efficiently  
• Demonstrated history of leadership and coaching abilities 
• Able to prioritize tasks, plan, and organize responsibilities  
• Good professional judgment and decision making skills 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills 
• Dependable, coachable, grounded, and growing 
• Gritty and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment 
• Ability to identify and perform routine maintenance on equipment
