Your Role
The Workplace Experience team whom oversees the day-to-day facilities operation & administration and related vendor management. The Facilities Specialist, Senior will report to the Senior Manager. In this role you will support building service requests including but not limited to; light maintenance and repairs coordination, seat & office moves, overseeing 3rd party contractors/vendors, support health/safety and ergonomic programs, input & maintain computer lists/spreadsheets, maintain all necessary inventory & distribution lists and maintain overall site presentation and condition.

Responsibilities
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Coordinates the physical workplace with the business and employee needs of the organization
- Responsible for the maintenance of buildings and related services
- Assures the optimal delivery of building services
- Manages space distribution, supports the governance process
- Coordinates moves/adds/changes
- Supports company Health/Safety/Ergonomics programs (also see physical requirements.)
- Supports projects
- Implements space governance decisions
- Implements cost controls for maintaining buildings, equipment, and furnishings
- Implements processes and procedures
- SMP Space Management site coordinator
- Oversees contractors for outsourced services
Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a college degree or equivalent experience
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Knowledge with project planning and delivery, space transition coordination, and facility enhancements
- Space utilization analysis and workplace planning
- Assessment of physical space requirements and optimization strategies
- Building condition evaluation and maintenance planning
- Development of short- and long-term facility improvement plans
- Oversight of third-party vendors and service providers
- Performance monitoring against SLAs, cost, quality, and timelines
- Contract compliance tracking and issue resolution
- Vendor relationship management and escalation handling
- Budget tracking and operational performance reporting
- Cost control and resource optimization
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and leadership
This role requires employees to be in-office 5 days a week in Woodland Hills.
