Major Duties
Ensures that utility systems are fully operational and inspected in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules. Manages assigned associates.
Prepares cost estimates for building renovations or space allocations. Communicate with management and contractors as required. Oversee capital projects.
Inspects completed work for conformance to specifications. Oversee repair and maintenance of buildings and assets.
Provides needed support for ecological sustainability issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.
