Job Description
You will be the Facility Operations Analyst - Level 2 for the Site Services team which is responsible for delivering comprehensive support services—including food services, company store, fitness center, library, and print shop—to Lockheed Martin personnel.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Facility Operations Analyst - Level 2 you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of the Site Services portfolio through contract management, procurement support, and continuous‑improvement leadership.
"Your responsibilities will include:"
- Serve as the primary contract writer for the Site Services team, developing, reviewing, and maintaining all service contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
- Act as backup resource for each functional area (food services, company store, fitness center, library, print shop) to support day‑to‑day operations when primary owners are unavailable.
- Liaise with procurement to generate requisitions, track order status, and ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment needed by the team.
- Lead or support continuous‑improvement initiatives using the PDCA methodology, identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and documenting updated procedures.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and external vendors, collaborating across all levels to drive service excellence.

Basic Qualifications
• Project management background with a proven track record of coordinating initiatives and meeting deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), including the ability to build clear, data driven presentations and reports.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and basic supply chain concepts, such as creating requisitions, tracking orders, and working with internal purchasing teams.
Desired skills
• Experience creating, improving, and documenting business processes (including PDCA/continuous improvement initiatives)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
