KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You’re the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch—even in the wee hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you’re fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs—and you’ve got a knack for solving problems solo—you’ll fit right in.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Ocoee is centrally located to the metro Orlando area with easy access to the Florida Turnpike, SR408 (East-West Expressway) and SR429 (Western Beltway). Nearby businesses include Manheim Florida Auto Auction, Health Central Hospital, West Oaks Mall, National Training Center (NTC) and Duke Energy. Neighboring cities include Windermere, historic downtown Winter Garden, Orlando, Clermont and Apopka.Downtown Orlando and the business district are a short 15 minute drive via the SR 408 expressway. The Central Florida Fairgrounds & Citrus Bowl are 10 minutes, Amway Center (Orlando Magic Basketball) is 15 minutes from the hotel. The Orlando Orange County Convention Center is a quick 20 minute drive by expressway. The LDS Orlando Temple is just a 15 minute drive.
