About this role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Social Media Intern with strong language skills and an interest in digital media and audience engagement.

Required fluency in English and Spanish; (Portuguese is a plus).

Familiarity with Latin American culture and audiences is highly desirable.

Assist in maintaining and applying best practices across FamilySearch español YouTube and social media channels to support digital engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of KPI-driven multi-channel initiatives, with a proven track record to drive impactful campaigns and initiatives.

Understands, coordinates, and manages client team expectations, and external agencies and providers.

Apply inter-department metrics to develop a solid understanding of FamilySearch experiences to engage users in new ways.

Maintain a big-picture understanding of FamilySearch updates and the most effective communication strategies and channels, for both member and non-member audiences.

Work closely with various engagement and events teams, ecclesiastical areas in Latin America.

Assist in FamilySearch events and trainings, as needed.

Qualifications

Marketing Strategy, Marketing, Social Media content and strategy.

Languages: English, Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).

Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
