About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, people‑oriented individual to join our Farmers Insurance team as an Entry-Level Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a long-term career in insurance, even if you’re new to the industry. Training and licensing support are provided.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Professional demeanor and reliability
• Interest in sales, customer service, or financial services
• Ability to obtain state insurance licensing- Classes are sponsored by us to help that process

What You’ll Do

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs
• Present Farmers Insurance products and explain coverage options
• Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up and service
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and basic support
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development
