Farmers Insurance is seeking motivated and career-driven individuals to join our Protégé Program. This role offers hands-on training in sales, customer service, and agency operations, with the goal of preparing you to run your own Farmers Insurance agency.
Salary Range: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license (assistance provided)
