What You’ll Gain:

Requirements
• Georgia Property & Casualty licenses or willingness to obtain them with company assistance
• Georgia Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them with company assistance
• Goal-oriented mindset and passion for sales
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Confidence working independently while contributing to a high-performing team
Responsibilities
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, marketing initiatives, and community involvement
• Identify client needs and recommend customized insurance solutions across Property & Casualty and Life products
• Drive new business production while cultivating long-term client relationships
• Use proven sales processes, tools, and follow-up strategies to close business and support retention
• Support retention and recurring revenue through service, referrals, and account development
• Grow into increased leadership, operational, and business-development responsibilities over time
