If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about the industry. If you are looking for the chance to learn new skills and grow your career, this may be the role for you. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $55,000 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional compensation during their first year.

Are you an experienced Producer / LSP? Amazing!

Experienced applicants start with a $65,000 base salary and top performers earned an additional $15,000 in commission last year. You will also benefit from additional training and development opportunities, making this a great opportunity to transfer your skills and grow your career. • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
