Base salary $40,000 based on experience. Successful candidate can make $70,000+ with commission and bonus opportunities.

• Texas Property and Casualty License Preferred willing to train licensing assistance available
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Professional phone etiquette.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
