Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Mon-Fri Schedule

Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty licenses or willing to obtains (resources provided).

Must have or be willing to obtain Life & Health licenses or willing to obtains (resources provided).

Able to manage marketing & sales funnels while leading a sales team, overseeing operations, budgeting, planning & staffing.

Insurance experience is a plus (not required), but willingness to learn is essential (training provided).

Resourceful, intuitive, and coachable; Self-starter with urgency and strong work ethic, with desire to engage the community and assist with insurance needs.
