Requirements
• Georgia Property & Casualty or willingness to obtain them; licensing assistance available
• Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them; licensing assistance available
• Goal-oriented mindset and passion for sales
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Confidence working independently while contributing to a high-performing team
• Strong follow-through, time management, and personal accountability
• Networking, marketing, or client development experience preferred
Responsibilities
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, marketing initiatives, and community involvement
• Identify client needs and recommend customized insurance solutions across Property & Casualty and Life products
• Drive new business production while cultivating long-term client relationships
• Use proven sales processes, tools, and follow-up strategies to close business and support retention
Leadership & Career Growth
• Contribute to the growth of a high-performing sales team and office culture
• Participate in recruiting, coaching, and team development efforts as opportunities expand
