As an Account Executive, you will develop core field sales skills by supporting territory plans, building pipeline, and closing introductory deals. You will shadow experienced sellers, learn qualification and negotiation basics, and deliver a great customer experience. Responsibilities
- Execute prospecting activities and set qualified meetings.
- Support discovery, demos, and proposals; close introductory deals with guidance.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow stage progression standards.
- Participate in enablement programs and apply feedback from coaching.

Essential Requirements
- 0+ years of field sales experience for Outside Sales.
- Motivation to build a sales career and meet activity targets.
- Clear communication, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Organization and attention to detail in CRM updates and documentation.
- Collaborative approach with team members and partners.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Internship or practical experience in sales, customer success, or related areas.
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $120,700 - $156,200, which includes base salary and commissions.
