Position: Field Marketing Leader - Canvassing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
• Lead and support a team of canvassers
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Track daily activity, productivity, and team goals
• Develop strategies to improve performance and maximize results
• Conduct regular team meetings, field observations, and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Ensure team members follow company standards, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team canvass management experience is a MUST
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Reliable transportation
