Position: Field Marketing Manager (Canvassing)

Main Office Location: Pompano Beach, Florida

Sales office Locations: Ft Lauderdale & Hollywood & Ft Myers

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop a team of canvassers
• Lead, motivate, and coach your team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
• Plan neighborhood territories and optimize daily field schedules
• Develop effective canvassing strategies that increase lead generation
• Conduct regular team meetings, ride-alongs, and performance coaching
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent flow of qualified appointments

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in the home improvement industry
• Strong leadership, recruiting, and coaching abilities
• Experience managing field performance and accountability
• Ability to build a positive, results-driven team culture
