About the Role

The Field Recruiter owns full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Renuity’s field operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver qualified talent that directly supports business growth and performance.

  • This is a contract-to-perm opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth within our Talent Acquisition team.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance

  • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align on hiring needs and priorities

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach

  • Maintain active candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring demand

  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions

  • Deliver a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience

  • Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS

  • Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume environment

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby experience a plus)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
