As a Training & Recruitment Coordinator for SDI Marketing, you will oversee our talent acquisition, employee training, and development initiatives. This role will play a critical part in managing the recruitment lifecycle and enhancing employee skills through training programs. This position requires a collaborative individual with expertise in recruitment, mentoring, training, and community engagement, who can support the growth and success of the program, while contributing to the overall employee experience.
