What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Sales Support Systems Engineer (Associate Level) to join our Supply Operations & Logistics Process Documentation, Training, and Adoption team in Fort Worth, TX.
In this role, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact supporting process documentation, training development, and system adoption efforts across all Aeronautics Sustainment lines of business. You’ll work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment to help standardize and improve supply-related processes that directly impact our operational efficiency and customer success.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to combine your skills in project coordination, technical communication, supply chain systems, and training design to support high-impact, enterprise-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead administrator, editor, and publisher for supply chain process documentation and training materials
- Design and implement a long-range training curriculum to support adoption and understanding of supply tools and processes across the organization
- Plan, coordinate, and support multiple system-related projects focused on documentation, training, and adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
- Interface with internal and external customers to analyze system gaps, resolve issues, and ensure smooth adoption of supply chain toolsets
- Provide clear and effective briefings to leadership, customers, and peers on project status and milestones
- Champion standardization efforts within the supply organization, helping to improve consistency and operational performance

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
