Job Description
You will be the Finance & Business Operations Sr. Manager for the Upper Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense (UTIAMD) Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) team. Our team is responsible for driving business growth, improving profitability, and partnering with program management to deliver successful outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Finance & Business Operations Sr. Manager you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all business‑operations activities, driving program execution, and supporting new‑business captures as the finance business partner to the Program Management Director.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Drive program execution and capture efforts through expert program‑management and capture‑leadership.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to create business cases, new strategies, and initiatives that grow profitability.
- Provide senior‑leadership reporting and actionable financial insight to guide decision‑making.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and value delivery.

• Formal leadership experience guiding diverse, high-visibility teams
• Experience in Earned Value management and proposal capture
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, adept at presentation to executive leadership and coordination across functions.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
