We are hiring a Finance Specialist to work with our Accounts Receivable Collections team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
� Conduct collection calls to resolve outstanding balances
� Manage and update collection efforts for a high-volume portfolio of past due accounts
� Monitor aging reports and maintain accurate records of collection activities
� Research and resolve customer discrepancies, deductions, and short payments
� Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
� Proven experience in Collections or a similar role
� Resolution-minded with effective negotiation skills
� Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
� Excellent time management, with a strong attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy
� Proficient business software skills (Microsoft Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive) and Power Automate
� Intermediate to advanced-level mastery of Excel

Education:
Bachelor�s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
