Role Type: Full-time, Exempt
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn individual to join our Finance Business Intelligence team. This junior-level role supports the team by assisting with data preparation, routine reporting, and basic analysis used across the Finance organization. You will help maintain key financial data sources, support senior analysts in their work, and gain exposure to firmwide reporting processes within our fast-growing, pre-IPO environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in financial data, reporting, and analytics, and who wants to build foundational skills within a collaborative Finance BI team.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with updating and maintaining basic financial reports and spreadsheets in Excel
- Support routine data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare data extracts or simple visualizations for use by senior analysts
- Help maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) under guidance
- Perform basic SQL queries or data pulls (training provided if needed)
- Assist with documenting processes, data definitions, and recurring report steps
- Support team members on ad-hoc data requests and administrative reporting tasks
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to learn business processes and data flows
Basic Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
- Interest in learning SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Strong attention to detail when working with numerical data
- Ability to follow established processes and ask questions when uncertain
- Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple team members
Preferred Requirements:
- Introductory experience with Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in finance, analytics, or reporting
- Curiosity about financial services and how financial data is used in decision-making
