Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of financial advisors, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Coach and mentor advisors, providing actionable feedback to enhance their professional development.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, identifying and onboarding top talent to expand our team.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to design and execute effective client acquisition campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and reach in the community.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leading and inspiring teams to achieve business goals.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and meet sales targets.
  • Proven track record of coaching and mentoring financial advisors to enhance their skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.

Compensation

$90,000 - $120,000 yearly
