Kickstart your career in finance. As a Financial Analyst I, you’ll partner with senior team members to support financial planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. This role is designed for recent graduates who want hands-on experience with financial data systems and basic data modeling practices.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and support financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, variances, and insights that drive decisions
  • Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple systems
  • Assist in developing and maintaining financial models and reporting tools
  • Help manage datasets and improve reporting processes
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis to support business partners
  • Collaborate with teammates to streamline workflows and enhance reporting


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 credit hours in Accounting preferred
  • 0–1 year of experience (internships, projects, or coursework included)
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) Access experience a plus
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Familiarity with data concepts (spreadsheets, databases, structured data)
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
